The Knight School Summer Chess Camp is the perfect way to keep young minds sharp over the summer while having an absolute blast! With a fun and friendly spirit, Chess Camp is packed with laughter, creativity, and high-energy chess fun from start to finish.
This week, campers will dive into the Four Knights Game, a classic and exciting opening that teaches strong development, smart piece coordination, and early tactical ideas. Students will learn how to get all their pieces into the action quickly while building confidence and creativity on the board.
Chess Camp is a super-fun, high-energy experience where kids celebrate new chess ideas each day with zany movies, silly videos, music-driven puzzlers for prizes, colorful TactixBands, and fast-paced party-bead tournaments. Laughter, fast clocks, and engaging teaching methods make this camp a true summertime highlight.
Whether your child is new to chess or already loves the game, the Four Knights Game week delivers learning, fun, and unforgettable summer memories.
$325 per child
One week of chess camp: June 8 – 12, 2026
Daily schedule: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Monday through Friday)
Registering multiple children? The total is simply $325 per child.
Drop-off: 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Camp begins: 12:00 PM
Camp ends / Pick-up: 3:00 PM
Water is available on site. Please ensure your child has had lunch before camp.
Reservations & Refunds: Your spot is secured once fees and forms are received. We reserve the right to limit attendance or cancel camps with full refunds as needed. Cancellations a week or more before camp start receive a full refund minus $25. No refunds issued after that.
Disciplinary Policy: These camps focus on chess learning and competition; disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Repeated infractions or physical/emotional aggression may result in immediate dismissal with no refund.
Emergency Services: Staff may contact EMS in emergencies. The undersigned assumes full financial responsibility for any charges and releases Mathnasium, The Knight School, instructors, and volunteers from liability claims.
Video/Image Release: The undersigned consents to use of the participant's name and image for documentation and awards.
Health Protocols: We follow CDC, state, and city guidelines for summer camps.
